You probably saw this already, but nevertheless an alert: the embed code for this video doesn’t run well in IE. It gives me an error in both IE7 and IE8. It runs properly in FF and Chrome.

Anne, thanks a lot for reporting this. We have no idea what this is; but there is another code snippet that works in IE as well:

Dass man tatsächlich über einen Weltraumaufzug nachdenkt, hatte ich zunächst ja für einen Scherz gehalten, aber an dieser Idee wird ja schon ziemlich lange tatsächlich ernsthaft geforscht. Faszinierend. Ob wir eines Tages per Gondel zum Mond gondeln können?
